    I went from daily sweet tea to maybe twice a week. Lots of water, much thirst. Many changes happening. I will cut back on busy things in a month or two. I'll be good as long as I can camp at least once a month.

    camping is definitely the thing that keeps me healthy too. I don't take alcohol normally and I take decent food. fresh air and good food. does the body good!
