T- case skid cut to fit Spec U exhaust. -RCI diff skid -Avid bed bars with basket holding spare. Poison Spyder 3-way strap. Hi-lift jack,and shovel mounted to basket. - SDHQ ditch light brackets with BD Squadron Pro spots. -BD Squadron Pro wide cornering in F. bumper. -BD S8 30" bar in F. bumper -Smittybilt 10k X20 winch -Factor 55 fairlead, and prolink -Switch pro 9100, with custom machined aluminum switch bezel. -BAMF grille insert -URD short throw shifter -URD Spec U exhaust cut over axle.     That is a nice exhaust. If you ever get a chance in the near future, please post up a sound clip under load while driving. Trying to decide what muffler I'm going with after URD release their 3rd Gen y pipe.

    Emailed Gadget on 10/19. "Being made now......stand by" is the response I received. So that could mean it's in the prototype stage, or hopefully the production stage.

    Forgive my ignorance, you reroute the pipe right next to the transfer case actuator that is in a plastic housing then put a plate right beneath it. The extra ground clearance is awesome but how is that not trapping a ridiculous amount of heat in there?

    That is a concern. I will be wrapping mine in header tape and you could also make a heat shield. However I havn't heard of anyone melting the plastic or any problems on 2nd or 3rd gens.

    Roadkill garage bashed in headers pretty damn good to prove that small dents here and there don't change anything. That small dent on the underside won't affect flow at all. Won't even cause any turbulence...

    Yes because our VVT Atkinson cycle 279hp V6 engines are performance wonders that crank so much output they need perfectly round tubing.

    You could put the world's most perfect exhaust on these these trucks and the effects, if any, will be minimal

    OK, the shop I was going to have reroute it doesn't have stainless pipe. How important is it to use stainless pipe? what do you guys think?

    Anyone else have photos of their Exhaust Reroute? I plan on getting mine done and just curious how you guys routed them so it doesn't rub on the driveline as well as the rear skid plate. I have a Pelfreybilt rear skid, not sure how different other are made. Would be nice to compare.
