    It was a one lane road, he pulled to the right and then flipped a u-turn right in front of me. So I hit the side of his car/he hit the front of my car with the side of his. He got a ticket from the officer and his insurance already claimed full responsibility, so definitely his fault.

    I can see where he would be at fault with an illegal U turn.

    But if you were behind him why didn't you see him?

    I guess I didn't do a very good job explaining what happened. He had pulled off to the side like he was going to park or turn right and then he flipped around instead, right into me.
