Like the Entredero area? Yeah dude it's all so expensive everywhere over there. Hate it!

    Yes that neighborhood.

Specifically North of Del Amo, South of 190th, West of Anza.

My wife needs to go back to work after this next kid can go to day care so we can afford an actual house.

    And more truck parts

Nice! That's a great neighborhood! Ideally I'd love to be there too but too damn expensive. Do you guys have a realtor that you use? If you need any help looking or anything, my wife is a realtor.

Haha I'm gonna try to keep my wife at home with our kiddos until they're in school but after that I'd love to have dual income again haha. Gotta be able to buy truck parts bahahaha

My moms husband is a Realtor and owns a Property Management Business in San Pedro.

We send our daughter to a daycare/preschool called Education Link on Narbonne Ave. My wife is Japanese and the school is bilingual Japanese/English. Our daughter loves it there and is the resident translator as most of the kids only speak Japanese.

Excuses. Bahaha just kidding. It was raining like I've never seen here on Sunday. We had a lot of flash flooding and crazy amounts of rain here.

I haven't seen rain here like we're getting in my entire 25 years of life lol. I was born and raised here and it has been pretty intense for what we're used to haha

Got some chains too cuz it's been snowing like crazy up in the local mountains and I thought it would be a good idea to at least have 1 set

They also fit perfectly in my SDHQ bag

Even with 4x4 our mountains require by law that you carry a set of chains on you during the winter when it has snowed hard. Sometimes there are checkpoints and if chain requirements are in effect and you don't have any, they can send you back down the mountain

Man that is a unique mounting spot for the awning. Do you find you get a lot of wind noise? I bet you get close to taking out pedestrians when turning right at a cross walk now and then

CA = Nanny State = citizen is stupid and .ca.gov knows best.

Sad thing is that .ca.gov has been doing it so long that the average citizen in this state is STUPID
