When they did the needle bearing tsb do they replace it with the same style bearing or an updated design?

 

just buy some of those glow in the dark stars kids use to stick on their ceiling and glue them on for some extra lights on the front, or u know, you could also use them as a template I guess that would be cool too

 

I try to stay away from custom powder coat requests - it complicates the build process.

 

Bad pics but finally got around to. Taking trim pieces off and vinyl wrapping trim pieces. It's dark so bad pics but you can tell the difference from grey around 4x4 knob. Color match to putside of truck (magnetic grey) still gotta do tweeter rings and speedometer.

 

I got my idea from your grills actually, the guy who i bought the truck from had one of your old grills on it (i had no idea what TW was at the time) and started looking around and saw your raptor grills and loved them but i couldent drop 650+ on one but i found someone on here who sells aluminum cut letters and ordered some. I see why you dont like to paint, its a pain in the ass especially something custom

 

Custom PC blows because if it doesnt turn out exact the customer gets mad, demands you repaint and you are now out the money. Thats why we only do black.

 

I hooked my orange up to the stock fog light switch and put the whites on a OTRATTW switch with a wiring harness so I can have the entire bar strobe.

 

It's much easier to take a bunch of product in to p/c when it's all the same color. Faster too.

 

Farting around with the grill letters to look at spacing and alignment. Need to work out the kerning... now I know kinda how old school type setters felt!

Check out the chrome shops if you have any good sized Truck Stops nearby for chrome mudflap stars in various sizes. They might work...

I have BAJA racks to put on cap and cab, and a shit load of lighting, hence the auxiliary panel.

The Thule bars will be history.

 

Sweet love the rear also.. if i didnt have a chrome bumper i would have went with the avid rear

 

The hook mount is from Glad Fab and the shackle is a painted Crosby. I'm a rattle-can Rembrandt.

I got the tow hook, got it with my BPF skid haha I had a feeling you painted the shackle but figured I would ask just in case, I can only find gloss black or various coloured ones or bare metal. Id rather not paint one cuz I feel like I would be painting it once a year haha but I prefer the look of the flat black shackle
