I wish I had a fox wing, does that count?

Isn't the Odin guy in here? He had one on his rig (sells them) if I'm remembering right.

I heard they were going to... but never saw any details being released.

I want another Alu Cab Shadow, but dont want to spend $1500 when i can get a cheaper one and rebuild the hinge area to make it self supporting. I dont want to have to use the legs. I was looking for a hinge picture, but I found one in a video. Seems like it would not be too difficult, and save $800+.

And I have an Alu Cab sitting here to get ideas from.

The Rhino Rack, and most cheaper ones just have one single pivot point. The Alu Cab uses a multi point hinge so each support rod has no chance for any movement.

    Alu cab badassery....

Oh I love the Alu Cab because of the self supporting. So surprised some engineer does come up with a version for here, no way it costs that much to make (including sales markup).

Just bring some back from Africa

I have plenty of projects already! Need to actually install the new dash cam/gps, finish the chuck box, start on the topper window replacement, install AAL...

Yeah, its not very difficult at all which is why I was thinking about doing it. And it withstood some serious winds when I had it deployed. I was worried about the roof rack peeling off the truck. Never was worried about the awning.

Trust me, you don't want it. Flew Apaches for 7 years with the best Flir in military and IR crossover makes it practically worthless more times then not.

Just hire Spicy and strap him to your hood with a headlamp. :hattip:

If they were $500 it might make it an ok buy.

I wish they were used more, and the price was a bit more reasonable.

I added hinge comparison pictures to the alu cab post a few back. Hardest part would be making a modified hinge fit in the supplied cover.
