Not the 2 story unit adjacent to me.

If you cut our unit in half, they're mirrored but identical.

 

Got to use my new mini palm nailer today , works awesome for nailing inside this 6" concrete wall form

 

It's slightly worse in the master bedroom, but the second bedroom window has the same condensation issue and is unoccupied. It's on the second story as well, and the 2 closets of the bedrooms share a wall. Otherwise the windows are separated by 2 doors and 30-35 feet.

Do you have any roof turbines?

 

Are you sure they are thermopane windows ? ie you can see 2 pieces ( or 3 ) of glass with an air space between the panes ?

 

Agree no vapour barrier under the slab is likely in an old house and could lead to excess interior moisture drive towards the heated space

I can take a pic of the window.. I assumed they're double pane as they have those white vinyl strips running through the inside of them.

 

Any roof vents ?

Ie roof pots or continuous ridge venting ?

Gable vents ?

 

I know they're not single pane glass windows, anyway..

 

I can't see the upper roof hardly at all, but plan to be in the attic sometime this weekend and can look at what kind of venting is used.

 

On mine, I track how much it's costing me to heat my house day/week/month helps with figuring out what works and what doesn't.

I use one of those for hay loft joist hangers in pole barns. Makes quick work of Teco nails.

Yeah I used to use a palm nailer for hangers now I have a hardware nailer

 

Better yet.

 

I mostly use palm nailers for formwork now

 

More for hard to reach than just elbow saver, eh?
