Do I need this stuff? U-Bolt flip kit, etc.

got a 2010 prerunner single cab 4cyl, and ordered some suspension parts. ordered new icon coilovers custom valved, and camburg uca's for front. in back went with wheelers 10-leaf deaver pack and some 5100's. should i get a u-bolt flip kit as well? Do I need longer brake lines? anything else that i should consider? sorry if this is obvious im a bit of a newb. thanks.

 

You dont need a U bolt flip kit. Thats all it does is gives you a little more ground clearance under your rear axel. And i cant wait to see the truck after all the goods are installed.

But its not a bad idea. It will give you some extra ground clearance.

 

you should probably get longer rear brake lines since your new leafs will allow for more travel and can/will put stress on the lines.

I would do the brake lines as a precautionary thing. Ive noticed even with my 5 leaf progressive pack, at full flex, there is alot of stress on my brake lines. I do have new ones in the garage waiting to go on though. Its better to have them and not need them that to not have them and tear one and be F**ked.

I got mine from toytec for about 60 bucks

 

Also suggest axel shims (3 deg).

Toyotec makes them, they help eliminate axle wrap.

Also will need bushings for the rear, unless that leaf pack includes them, but most only include half of the bushings you need.
