    I fell asleep early and woke up late. Pretty sure my dept will be pissy and grumpy the rest of the week. Just found out yesterday that we didn't get a year end bonus. We have the hardest working team in the company. Everyone else makes incentives and bonuses while we clean up their messes. Not a single person in my dept works just 40 hours. Most of us average at least 50. I'm already at 33 hours and I've only worked three days so far. If things don't change, everyone will quit, transfer out, or have nervous breakdowns. We already had one go out for three months with a breakdown. I'll be looking at a change in the next few years myself.

    Yay Thursday.
