hey does anyone know the size of the bolts required to mount step bars/bolt on sliders? Picking them up tomorrow and would like to have everything on hand for a quick set up. I tried searching - can anyone help me out?

I used a mix of 7/16" and 1/2" diameter grade 8 hardware for my RCI Bolt on sliders. I used the 1/2" bolts in the bigger holes that required the back plates, and the 7/16" ones in the smaller holes as well as the additional holes I drilledIMG_1751.jpg

Step bars are a whole different ball game. You'd have to find the bolt size and thread pitch of the mounting holes in the body. 6 per side

You required back plates? The guy is selling without hardware, so I have to go pick up.

Yes, the kit included 8 steel backplate tabs around 2x2" size.... they went on the back of the frame to essentially sandwich the frame between the slider flange and the steel back plate tabs.
