    Bummer. At my job they give more work to the good hard-working employees and less to the dipshits or whiners. When I would get called in for my evals my supervisor would ask me if I had any concerns. I would reply that I did. I would tell him that I was concerned that the company was going to go downhill because it rewards bad employees and that there is no reward tone a good employee. I told him several other things that are fu but as a concerned employee not a discruntal one. Now since I let mi supervisor have it as a concerned employee he just tells me that he did my eval and it's all good and no need for me to come in to see him.

    I left my previous branch job and moved because my boss was awful. Technically it was a promotion? My current boss is awesome. We are under-appreciated. But we all know this. Our lending department got a new boss and she is fantastic. She's been making changes, but we're dealing with the flood of bad loans for the next few years. Our dept of 7 is drowning in work. We have a job opening in our dept but it seems no one is applying. Our dept loves what we do. But we are often defeated. Luckily someone else's bad decisions are being recognized. I guess when they saw that we charged off 600k in loans in December, that got their attention. We started at 200k per month at the beginning of 2016 and ended at 600k in December. Our repossessions doubled last year over the previous. We are forever busy. I love my job but I'm considering a move in a couple years and I can't take my job with me.

    I feel ya. Rewarding bad behavior is a big issue here. Our lending department and loan officers are killing us. Lending is approving crap and loan officers aren't doing their jobs, i.e. completing title work or scanning loan documents. Little things like that make it harder on us and put us in a tough spot. We need these documents for bankruptcy and repos. Our loan officers basically make double checks with their incentives. It's a bummer. Branch bonuses are quite nice too. We get like $100 a month as "support incentive". :rolleyes: Our executive team and board was stoked on how "well" our lending was last year. Until they saw we charged off 3.5mil last year.

    Tempted to go to Utah and buy that guy's Prinsu bed rack, but it's 2"or so taller than I'd like.

    Part of me wants to have JeepAndrew take the concepts off those racks that I like and add them to my current rack, but don't know how Prinsu would feel about that.... but he's not making those anymore and doesn't reply to my PM about the bed racks.

    Quite the predicament today
