4.5" backspacing with a -12mm offset. I'm thinking 9"or 9.5" wide, I don't have time to go to Fuel's website at the moment. Hope that helps! Fuel Vapor

As most people do I drive at least 85% of the time on paved roads.....I went with the 90021 soft ride strut and couldn't be happier. Rides better than stock.

Just ordered the same setup! lol. Went with Camburg UCA's instead of LR, Great product but have had issues in the past on other vehicles with them. Have you seen any settling yet? if so how much?

I haven't had any settling at all yet and I've been running the setup about 45 days now.

So just an update for anyone who is curious. My full OME kit with full Dakar leaf packs and SPC Light Racing UCA's and 888 coils now has several thousand miles on it and has been on the truck a few months. It has been taken off-road numerous times in the WNC mountains and down in the Georgia red clay. I'm fully pleased and have not had any settling. I've played a bit with the air pressure in my BF Goodrich KO2's in 285/70R17 and the results are as follows.......at 32-34 PSI they ride like a dream.......soft and smooth.......BUT my MPG suffers.......got really bad at home in the mountains.....like down to 14.5-15.5mpg, whereas down in Georgia it was at like 17 mpg at 32 psi. Inflating them to 37 psi makes my MPG in the mountain go up to nearly 17mpg in the mountains which is within 1mpg of what I was getting stock. The 37 psi inflation in Georgia was getting me 20.3mpg.

No, I realize the displayed MPG in the Tacoma is off a bit (display readout is slightly under actual mpg due to tire size) but I'm just giving actual display readout numbers and the numbers given are whole tank averages at the noted PSI's

just as an FYI then, your off 6.9% with your new tire size. 17 mpg is really 18.2 mpg and 20 mpg is really 21.2 mpg....

not really that much, but enough to make you feel just a tad better about things.. i went with 265/70/17 toyo open countrys mainly because even with the added height, they are lighter than the factory goodyears. ive been getting 20-21 mpg in the northeast with winter gas so im happy with that. all 3 of my 2nd gens got identical 18.5 on winter gas. and thats being competely stock, nevermind larger tires. im guessing ill be around 25 in the summer

I'm planning to run full bumper/winch at some point, so should I go ahead and go with the 886 coils and the firm 9000 struts and deal with a stiff ride? Or should I go with the 886 coils and the 90021 soft ride struts? Will the 90021 sag more than the 9000 when I add a bumper and winch, skids, etc. in the future?

Yeah I knew it was a little under. I'm pretty impressed what a few PSI did when I experimented with it. I'm now running 36-37 PSI pretty much all the time and am pleased with the gas mileage given the much larger tires and more aggressive tread I'm running. I've honestly not even lost mpg if I'm actually off by a full 6.9%. Plus with the lift I didn't have to do any trimming at all and have no rubbing off-road or at full lock. I haven't had any complaints at all with my 3rd gen unlike some others. I love this thing.

What you really need to do, is call and speak with Marie of www.headstrongoffroad.com and ask her all your questions. She is THE most knowledgeable person I've ever spoken with when it comes to suspension and not only that, if you call and speak with her they have the best pricing out of anywhere I looked as well.

Hey guys, I'm ordering soon from HS (taxes babyyy) and keep seeing many offsets being thrown around. I'm anticipating 3 inches of lift and wanna run 16s on 285s. To prevent rubbing, which offset is recommended? I've been seeing people with spacers, -12, -10, and 0.

I would like my wheels to stick out but I also don't want the rubbage issue.

I'm running the same wheels, 18x9's. Love them despite being voluntarily grouped in with all the bro rigs...

OME 888's paired with the 90021 struts, SPC LR UCA's, nitorcharger rear shocks and Dakar leafs with overload left on. Have about 6k miles on this suspension so far I love it, has been nothing but great. Best budget performance suspension setup if you ask me.
