    as opposed to body color; was it painted or did you go a different route? I'm thinking about having it vinyl wrapped. Opinions?

    I went with the XR lower valance cover. I think the vinyl and paint options both look awesome as well...and sometimes even better, but I wanted something removable and easy lol.

    Got an over-the-phone quote of 100.00 to vinyl wrap the piece in matte black.

    ya sockmonkey. i got the vinyl from him. he'll send you 2 sheets incase you screw up like i did. and don't try do put them on if its windy. i ended up painting mine.

    Vinyl wrap costs $10 at Pep-Boys or Kragen. Easy to install too.

    Its technical name is the "spoiler retainer" for the x-runner model. Its part # is 76853-04010. Usually runs about $60-70 shipped. Some modification is needed to make it work i believe. Do a search on "valence" and there are some threads about it

    You just need to trim two or three little attachments off. Took me about 30 seconds with a dremel. Then 3M two sided tape right to the bumper.
