A friend of mine has a shop that builds parts for a high end Porsche tuner and races an open desert truggy and KOH built me a rack for my cvt tent. My only real requirement was a removable center section so I could load dirtbikes without taking the whole rack off. The center section cross bars use a keyed double bolted load bar. Once I center tent up better I should be able to remove the cross bars with tent loaded onto them. Going to powder soon but thought I'd share some pics

That will look nice after coating. I was trying to figure out what was going on with the second pic, then I read the post.

I am curious about the removable sections. Can you take some quick closeups? Looks nice. How much weight is in the backend? It's quite a bit lower than the front though it might be camera magic.

it's a little bit of both. I have to get new rear leafs, but also on a slight grade in the pic. In the sceond pic theres a close-up of the double bolt keyed joints. nIn the 5th pic, the two center cross bars remove, leaving the forward hoop at the cab ands just the side supports.

I have been this week, but wont likely. I have noticed a minimal fuel loss, like .5 mpg. I usually get about 14.5-15 daily and i've been right in that range this week.

Looks really good Corey! I really like the removable center section.

When you get your dirtbike in there, you might wanna get the tailgate adjuster as well.

That's hot. I've got some interlocking id clamps and 40 ft of 1.5 120 wall. I might make one. Starting now. I'm pumped.
