Just get the two parts you need from Toyota, enough hose, zip ties, and hose clamps. Takes longer to figure where you want to put it than to actually do it.

@Texoma, have you found any space under the bed that would fit an air tank? I'm thinking about installing a small torpedo tank to speed up tire filling.

There is a fair amount of room between the body panel and the bed. Have to measure a few spots to see that the tank would fit. Mounting and routing hoses wouldn't be a problem. Easy access to a drain cock would be good so you can get all the moisture out of the tank.

I think that'll be my project next week. I'd probably just install one of these and never have to worry about draining

Not sure yet. Going to see how much space is available before I decide.

I was thinking about doing the same but hadn't landed on which tank to use... mostly because I hadn't really looked. I was thinking the spare tire area is conveniently pancake shaped for something like that, or tanks between bed/body on the sides. Keep us posted on what you decide!

    Hey yall,

Do we have a rough headcount for how many people are coming out to HF this weekend? And when everybody is arriving and who is planning on camping fri or sat?

I think it would be good to know roughly how many people were gonna have so we can plan to try and park/camp together.

@tacopromatt is either out there or on his way. I think there may be two sites- B and Area 51, since Area 51 gets pretty full pretty fast (and he has more than just TW friends coming to meet up with him so there may not be a ton of room there). If someone wants to grab an Area B site, they're like 2 minutes apart so it'd be easy to still wheel together or even do some campfires and such.

Robert and I are rolling out tomorrow after work. We both would need a somewhat leveled spot to camp (or I bring the shovel and level the wheels myself :D)

I just need to know who wants to meet for breakfast. If no one then I need a number from at least one person so I can find y'all once I get to the park.

Well, digging a small hole or driving on a rock should be easier than getting the widow maker out.....

But it's more fun to sleep knowing that if you move too quickly your entire vehicle may fall, smashing a jack into the side of it and potentially throwing you out of your tent!

I'll be out there around 3:30, and bringing a buddy so we'll have two tents. If you send me your cell we can work out who's there first and can get us a spot. Are we going to use channel 18 again?
