Trying to move/find a place to live is such a PITA. Looking at a place two or three blocks from work tomorrow and looking at a another place this weekend. Meh.

 

I know your pain

 

Lol. One of the VPs was asking about it one day after he saw it opened up/drying out after that camping in Awendaw. He asked if I live at work since I'm there before him and I'm there after he leaves. I wish. I'd have a lot more money. If I like the place near work, Lucy would stay parked unless weather sucks.

 

You're buying. I'm not. Initially wanted to find a roommate situation to save money. But now there's a one bedroom only a few blocks from work for basically what I pay now. If the kitchen is better, I'll probably throw deposit money down. Otherwise I am looking at a 4 BR mill home near Fluor stadium with three roommates. But it would save me $125-175 a month.

 

3 roommates for 175 savings...thats a lot of ugh for not much $$

That's what I'm leaning towards.
I've been staring at the sign for two days, stopped today to grab a flyer. Called and left a message. He called me back and he said I'm the first voicemail he has returned. Hoping I can lock it down tomorrow, pending a walk through. I'm hoping for a decent kitchen and a bedroom big enough for my furniture.

No clue. What I have now isn't huge either though. But I hate my neighbors and never feel completely comfortable. The possible new place is an old house converted into four apartments, property value was something like 450k. The area near work is very expensive.

No sir. No online ads. Only a sign. He said he's never had one of the apartments last more than three days on the market.
