He posted this in the Fall GB thread yesterday in response to a few late-comers saying they'd be "in" for the next one after Fall's closed back in Oct/Nov, sorry!

Nice. I am planning on going to lowes on Tuesday to get a bunch of hardware to mount it plus the TREDs, and work on Awning mounts as well.

Yea, right now I don't really need to put the awnings up, but going to get the mounts built for them so that they are on the truck and ready to accept the awnings.

Anyone want to trade a wind deflector without a cutout for one with one for a 40" light bar?

TRED 1100s and Plano Case mounted up on the Prinsu. Now I just need Rotopax to finish out the front rack...

Had to build a custom part for the back TRED mount as it would not mount up directly to the Cross Bar, but is it is very sturdy!

Just need to get some Padlocks for them now so they won't get stolen.

Also made this so that I have all the hardware in once place for mounting stuff to the Prinsu racks instead of in bags, also holds the spare parts and tie down rings.

Yep, keeps everything together so that all I need is to grab one box to do stuff on the rack and also lets me know what I may be running low on.

I used a dye grinder to cut through the metal gasket stiffeners and then used a 3/4 leather punch. Also used a slightly larger than 3/4 inch piece of wood for the hole punch to cut into after passing through the rubber gasket.

Looks hard to get/see into the plano case mounted there? Why did you decide to center it, instead of putting it where the TRED's are?

@ETXTacoma do you have a picture of the custom part you used for the TRED mount on the Prinsu rack? I think I may have the same problem mounting them, thanks

I ordered a replacement front air dam with the 40" cut-out a few days ago, for my prinsu access cab rack. Also have a Morimito 40" single row LED with fog inserts to go in there... just because. Looking forward to it as a 'finishing touch'.

Where did you get the black torx bits for your rack? I am still running with the stainless phillips that came with it... which are now rusted
