Same, a rep came in last night but I already read about it so I pulled it from the shelf. Heard it's gonna be hard to get Sierra for a while

Freestyled this 6er the other day. Was looking for a beer to chew on. Well I definitely found it. Dam near half to cut it with a steak knife. Didn't list IBU, but I'm sure it's well over a 100 sitting at 11.5%

not bad, a little bit more of a bitter aftertaste than I like in my IPAs. If you generally dont like IPAs I dont think you will like it.

^ You're better off looking for a NE style IPA then. They are very fruity (mostly tropical fruit) and low bitterness. The other option it to go to really big IPAs like ST Gemini or Six points Resin. The over hopped/ higher alcohol beers tend to be syrupy and sweeter than ordinary IPAs.

I sell beer and do plenty of tasting/pairings. I find the "bigger" the IPA the more palatable to non IPA people. Stone Unearthly is another one

Elysian Brewing. I had it some time ago. I like IPAs and I liked it. Hard to remember how it drank.

LOL didn't know they did that. I always suggest people try different beers as often as they can. I remember how much I hated my first IPA years ago. It's always good to try new things - it's the only way to grow

The Space Dust isn't bad. A bit less bitter than others and the citrus taste more like a blend. Just finished off what I had of ot last weekend.

I've always found the Goose Island IPA easy to find and hard to beat for the price.

If you can find this in your area (I get mine at Costco), I really enjoyed it.

And the Dogfish Head Flesh and Blood IPA seems to have more of a lemon finish to it. Very clean.

This is one of my favorite beers, and almost always in my fridge. Their Pineapple Sculpin and Watermelon Dorado (Double IPA) are both fantastic as well.
