I can remember my mom giving my oldest brother a quarter to get a gallon of gas to mow the lawn, that was around 1970 or so...I think I was in kindergarten or so. Mom had a late 60's Plymouth Belvedere station wagon and she would buy gas $3 at a time. I wish I had that car now.

I remember gas going up to 50 cents a gallon. I remember my parents complaining about it.

I am trying to remember I think gas was 30 cents when I was about 5 or so I remember my dad complaining lol When I pumped gas it was 75 cents a gallon for regular and 84 cents for unleaded. I do remember filling my 1969 Firebird Sprint Edition 6 cyl up for 8 or 9 dollars at 17 yrs old and driving for what seemed like ever lol

Point is to not care what the whole forum wonders ... kind of another litmus test. ;)

Thanks Kevin. How are you feeling?

Seriously considering calling in tonight, but that'd be a little obvious...and I'd want those 9 hrs back come fishing season. So, up and at 'em I guess. o_O

Sleep well, I'll catch up better later.

    Doing good thanks.
    In and out of sleep.
    Glad this week is over.
Electrician hacked 2 vents out of his way.
Carpenter removed 2 freeze proof hose bibb to install board and batten siding so I drilled them out from the inside and made him fix splintered siding.
And a helper ran a nail into copper supply line under floor so we had to remove floor to repair.

Hey Susan. I asked my friend about this, they've only had the 4 cyl engines in all their Outbacks. No power problems loaded down for family ski trips, etc ... but they've never towed anything. :notsure:
    Hey Tim

    Working tonight?

Good Morning...or good evening in Ak.
40 deg. out. Not bad for end of Jan.
Coyotes are quite noisy this morning. Guess it's that time of year.

Yeah, it's my last night on this rotation. Hopefully, just another month or so until I get to move to my new position. I hope you have a very fun and safe trip to see the kiddos. Check in sometimes if you can.
