No, in their obliviousness they would have no understanding of why you were doing that.

Leaving our hotel for dinner last night. Noted car. Came back almost 3 hours later. Still there. It's a Bentley.

I say "con su permisso por favor" and push my way through, just like in Mexico. I don't look hispanic so it confuses people when I speak Spanish. "Permisso" isn't the same as excuse me, it's more like "coming through!".

The sign on the curb is ambiguous. Does it mean you can only park there 15 min (that's what I'd assume) or does it mean you must park there longer than 15 min?

Husband and I had a good laugh over that too. Very poorly written.
It's the circle drive where you can park to check in at home hotel. So we think 15 minute parking is allowed to check in. This car was there3 hours at least....

Man .... the grocery cart thing is one of my pet peeves. Wish I knew why it bugged me so much. For my part though, I try to find a cart in the parking area to take into the store with me to use (one less cart blocking a parking spot) and then when I'm putting mine away I try and grab another one to put away and clear another spot. But it still pisses me off that they're there. Every once is a while I see someone else doing something similar to me and it makes me feel better and gives me hope.

I'm OCD enough that seeing a bunch of carts aimed kinda somewhat almost in the general direction of the cart corral at the Mall Wart drives me NUTS! I will actually put them all in the corral, nested together, and pushed all the way to the far end of the track where they are supposed to be.

A 3 hour quickie? I can definatey dedicate myself to the task and am more than willing to "work overtime" but if that's a quickie I'm not worthy. Not at my age. :)

Does the 3 hours include snack breaks?

Thankfully we don't stay in hotels that are by-the-hour. So I think no.

If old people spent less time worrying about getting to the bathroom on time and more time worrying about parking properly, this world would be a better place.
