Sorry, I never actually gave you pictures. I ended up going with the bolt on versions, which have been collecting dust in my garage. For shits I asked Ultimate Truck in Omaha what they would charge for the sliders install, cali raised bumper LED bar install, and a top plate spacer for the taco lean.. and he quoted $440 and recommended an alignment for another $100  That's quite a bit more than I paid for the whole suspension install including UCA's.

It's above Alma colorado on the "Windy Ridge". A pretty cool old mining trail goes all the way to the top.

Haha! It was taken in Colorado, but it was taken at the top of Peak 10 in Breckenridge. It was a crazy drive up to the top. Definitely needed 4x4. lol

Nice, Alma is only like 30 minutes from breckenridge. I think this mountain is called Mt. Bross but it could have a number name too for all I know. Before ascending the mining road I passed a really small research weather station of some sort...

Peak 10 is old logging roads then you get to the end of the treeline and all it is from there is crazy ass switchbacks all the way to the top to the abandoned weather station. I've been wanting to go back...

Yeah not the same place I guess. I'll have to check it out, I love that area. The windy ridge is really cool because it's loaded with ancient bristlecone pines trees that can be over 1,000 years old and a few are really gnarly.

Telling you man, make the drive to Omaha to have it done right by a certified welder. My buddy David did mine on both FJ's and does a VERY clean job.

I'll definitely take you up on that this time! I'm not exactly sure when I'll order the new rubber but when I do we can talk more about it. 255's are super practical.. but they just don't have that mean look :D

(And not to mention the two main conditions in Nebraska are mud and sand, both of which the 285 will be superior)
