It only cost us $8k to fix the truck the other day that they serviced.

Then they decided to rotate the tires on our truck. Now it drives like shit. That's the first time in 21 years I've ever heard of them rotating tires on a big truck. Now they say the tires are worn too much to shave and true them up but got too much tread on them to replace.
