Not sure where you work but I'm fine turning my phone brightness down & using my hands as "blinders" on the sides of the screen....also browsing is best done not on company Wi-Fi....or with your volume turned up This video didn't light my fire, but I also didn't turn it off

 

I do really like that bit of music, so I might have listened to it a time or two.

These people own the concessions at most of the local public schools around here. Whole cafeteria stuffed with their processed products for the kids and not one real piece of fruit to be found. Same group that successfully lobbied to get pizza sauce designated a vegetable. Anyone who buys into the "calories in, calories out" bullshit they constantly shove needs to take a knee as they are in the middle of their own WTF moment.

Too much fat isn't killing us, too much sugar is. Why doesn't the sugar content of your processed foods not indicate how much of your recommended daily percentage is in each serving?
