I've bought 2 vehicles from them. Both times walked away happy. The key is to know exactly what you want and how much you are willing to pay. Start $300 below that number so you can let them work hard to get the 300 back. They don't like to watch you walk away, but need to feel like they got something back.

I have found it helps to have bought the vehicle from the dealer you will use to repair/maintenance/recall or TSB the vehicle.

Anyone running Nitto Terra Grapplers? G2? Ridge Grappler? Wondering about how they are wearing and handle in the rain.

My E range nitto grapplers break lose in the rain from a dead stop with not effort. It's kind of weird how easy it is.

For what it's worth, my Taco came from them back in '05. Saw it on their order list and claimed it ahead of time. My dad bought a Camry from them before that, and my mom bought a Highlander from them not too long ago. Like @TacoAlaMode said, as long as you tell them what you want and don't let them persuade you otherwise, you're good.

Haven't found any great deals on the Ridge Grapplers. Looks like best all around tire for my purpose.

Would any of y'all know why I'm having this issue? My passengers side floor vent is always on. When I use the bent switcher, the vents all swap as normal, EXCEPT that one floor vent. Wouldn't bother me except that it makes a good bit of extra noise, and I've been trying to fix the AC motor noise too, so I'm very sensitive to noise from the AC. Any suggestions why this one vent might be stuck?
