    Yuuuup. I was too far out of the milage for them to cover it. Best i got was a 700 dollar reimbursement thing from corporate. And it is still cheaper for me to buy it and do it myself, instead of using the dealer. Crazy, i know. I fought them for weeks.

    Tomorrow is Pinewood Derby day for Cub Scouts.

    For anyone interested:

    First- cut out the profile to the car.

    Next- add Tungsten weights. Countersink, superglue, putty, sand and paint.

    Then- chuck, file and polish the axles. Need to remove the crimps under the nail head and shaft, shown below.
