Keep an eye on Craigslist. Often there's people desperate for money and let things like ipads or droid tablets go cheap. Like you said, just make sure it has built in GPS. 100-150 bucks should score you something like that. Then just put it in airplane mode and bingo. All set. Also, GPS pucks are pretty inexpensive

So I've just hit 30! The first thing I decided to do was go check on the rig. Making some good progress! This is going to be the newest 1st Gen Taco on the road!
Custom black out kings are finally done and they are beautiful! Front end work is going into full gear! Some major bracing, gusseting, and armor being done/made.
New radiator and shroud are ready to go, was able to also able to swap out the horrid chrome grill for a black one. Shell is mounted and looks great! Think the bedsides will give me another camping shelf! haha May line-x the top for some grip.

Cross-member and lower control arm armor/gussets! All to be tied into the skid plate. Just getting started.

Flag on the wall is backwards, union should be to the left as you look at it.

It looks to be hanging from the ceiling, not on the wall. It's not backwards, you're just not looking at it right.

Union should be to the left as you're looking at it. It's against a wall, therefore it can't be observed from the other direction.

I'm pretty sure it's hanging from the ceiling in the middle of an open shop, not against a wall.

Then it should be to the left as you'd look at it from the street, just like when you display it from a window. But, I'm pretty sure it against the wall to the left as you walk up the stairs.

Either way, union should be to the left.

I know my flag etiquette pretty well, and wasn't trying to put shop owner on blast, just inform.

Nothing wrong with it, problem come from people not reading the specifications and requirements before purchasing.

It's definitely against the wall. Look at the bottom left corner you can see the sun coming through as that part is lifted up by some air.

No its not. Why hang a flag that will drape down in front of the sign below? It's away from the wall but maybe only a few feet. The sun tells us the front of the building is behind the photo taker. Therefore Union is facing the wrong direction.

Nice! I installed the first Insane Audio Android based radio in my 2nd Gen. Powerful Radio. Couple this with a Samsung Tab2 S 8inch and life is good. Running the latest version of HEMA Maps which is light years ahead of some other map apps. IMG_20161222_200935_652.jpg
