The Florida Panhandle and Surrounding Area Tacos Thread Thing

I've asked this before and got a answer back about camping on the reservation but other than that are there any primative camping spots? I used to camp on black water a lot when I was younger but I understand they have blocked off a lot of these areas. I wouldn't mind camping on the reservation but it's a hassle to go to Jackson guard just to camp for a night or two. I don't mind driving a couple hours to find a spot so any info would be great. Also when is the last time some of you guys got together? I tend to venture out on the reservation often but am usually by myself and tend to shy away from any "obstacles" that I wouldn't mind trying if another vehicle was around. It's also great to wheel with others who are more knowledgeable than me.. which doesn't take much..

What's up guys, just moved back to the FWB area after living in Atlanta for the last 4 years.
What's the the FB group that coordinates these outings? I have a res pass and would love to go wheelin sometime. I have a list of coordinates to some cool stuff on the res too

Florida panhandle Toyota off-road is the Facebook page. I'm off on weekends and am pretty much always down to ride on the reservation.. sadly I have to swap out a cv axle this weekend and it's my first time so hopefully all goes well. Wish me luck!

Hey all, I'm new to TW, and new to Tacomas in general. Just got a new TRD Pro and my wife is already worried it has stolen my heart (it's close already). Out here in Pcola for about 6 more weeks, and looking to get this bad boy dirty one weekend. I've never done any off-roading, so this guys a total newbie. I'm not looking to do anything crazy, just more of a casual exploring and 'getting my feet wet' type excursion. Would Eglin WMA be a good place for that? I could do more research on my own, but I figure this place is where I'll get some of the best advice/info.

It would be a great place to get started. Make sure you get a pass before you go on the range, can be done online just google it. I think the pass is $20. Check the access map for open zones and have fun. Not too many places to get in trouble there without looking for it. Most of it is just dirt fire roads.
