I was getting a po171 lean code forever and have changed fuel filter, fpr and ect sensor, after changing the ect I am not getting a lean code anymore but now I have more problems, I'm getting a po130 and po133 o2 sensor code, replaced the o2 sensor but did not help. it go's into a closed loop fault. hope this is a clue someone can solve. at idle the stft is high and the ltft is normal, at 1800 rpm and higher the stft is normal and the ltft is high,

Re: CEL codes P0130 and P0133
Here's what I have found so far:

    Code: P0130
Detected Condition: Oxygen Sensor Circuit Malfunction(Bank 1 Sensor 1)
Voltage output of heated oxygen sensor remains at 0.4V or more, or 0.55V or less, during idling after engine is warmed up (2 trip detection logic)

    Trouble Area:
Open or short in heated oxygen sensor circuit
    Heated oxygen sensor
    Air induction system
    Fuel pressure
    Injector
    Engine Control Unit

    Code: P0133
Detected Condition: Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response(Bank 1 Sensor 1)
Response time for heated oxygen sensor's voltage output to change from rich to lean, or from lean to rich, is 1 second or more during idling after engine is warmed up. (2 trip detection logic)

    Trouble Area:
Open or short in heated oxygen sensor circuit
    Heated oxygen sensor
    Air induction system
    Fuel pressure
    Injector
    Engine Control Unit

Was the replacement A/F sensor (the upstream one) Denso brand? Or Bosch?
