    Im pretty sure after I got stuck in the crazy snow we had last year, then i put all the $ into the truck, its not going to snow this year. VA has had 2 60 degree days in January! And we all know the groundhog is just in it for the food

    Trying to measure this stuff is difficult, because it's not really round. Looks like 3.75" to me but I'd feel more comfortable, if someone else would measure too to see if they get the same thing. Sorry.

    Yes, the outside diameter of the tube coming off the snorkel, and the inside diameter of the side of the elbow that fits over that tube. 3.75"

    The one thing that surprised me the most about these airflow units is how much thinner the construction is. I'd say they are 1/2 the thickness of the Safari snorkel that I have. (Hilux model)
    That being said, the installation was pretty straightforward. Plumbing once installed was simple as well.

    I bought a new snowblower October 2014 after deciding my 4hp 25 yr old Ariens wasn't worth another year. Everyone said it wouldn't snow now and I wish they were right. Our winter broke records.
