Let me know if you decide to do the 4x4 conversion, might have a good t case for you in a couple of months, would just need a new actuator on it.

I put on my $100 Craigslist wheels today. They're 16x8's to replace the steelies so I can go for 285's next time.

I had to beat the shit out of mine to widen them up to get the lower shock mount to go in.

what does this refer to? I looked at the serial number on the shocks and it doesn't match the number I have on my invoice or the website? I got them sort of in there and set it down and the frame mount is riding on the shock body they are too long. Like there is no play in the shock

The model, are they bilstein 5100 shocks or 5160 with the reservoirs?

I have 5100s and i dont recall the shock body touch anywhere. Hmm

I guess it's hard to explain how they are in there. The shocks are fully compressed when lower down on full weight. Maybe this are not the right ones

Also another question how do you adjust king coilovers. When I try the whole body moves not the collar?

It appears those are the wrong shocks. Bilstein catalog (http://www.bilsteinus.com/uploads/tx_templavoila/Bil_OffRd_Cat2011_25.pdf) shows that part number fits a 97-03 F150 with 4-5" of lift.
