I need to get around to doing links. Nothings bent but some extra support and a refresh would be nice.

Build looks awesome, I'll be stoked to see that thing in person. I'm sure I'll snag a few ideas from yours

We have a few trails over here, I just tend to be at the beach a lot more since it connects with more of my hobbies. I'm going to try and head west more in 2017

I really like the look of the prinsu. I might laser cut something similar and build one

I'm going to do that as well. Talked to and looked alot at Alex Fleming's. Saw an easy way he did the front of it to match the roof lines. Should be pretty cheap to get all the material too

If you look at the front towards the sunroof portion of his where it has the drop down to follow the roof line, you can see he used separate pieces of aluminum. I'm going to do this as well as it saves a lot of time getting less aluminum cut. It may not look as nice up close but I think it'll save a bunch of headaches.
My main question with building one of these is where to get rectangular aluminum tubing that's got threaded ends so that I can bolt through the sides

I want to build it so I can reuse it later as part of my internal/external cage. So I'll probably use steel

I pretty much only rock crawl out here, so if it ever does happen, it should be mellow. Hopefully

A newer, nicer body. 1999-2000. IJM ideally.

Wish this thing was closer. Feel like the OP would practically give it away at this point.

Oh yeah I forgot. No worries. Might bite the bullet and take mine to a dealer instead of a shady indy shop.
