    the "Whole30"? My wife and I did that one. It definitely works and many of the paleo recipes work great for it. It gets expensive to stay on it because of the fresh and organic foods they want you to use.

    That would be the one. Yeah, we're not too concerned with all the organic shit they suggest. More looking at ingredients in the things we are buying to make sure the individuals ingredients are compliant. All that grass fed beef has such a markup on it. It' insane

    well i agree with you on the steak but that's about it
    have you tried beyond meat? it's delicious, vegetarian, and has more protein than meat. they have burgers now too. i buy their beyond beef sometimes and put that in pasta sauce instead of ground beef
