Exactly, my point being not to assume everyone who does the mod will have a passenger in the vehicle to input the address. Your post was kinda douchy.

The time to input in a full address vs time taken to press a button to change the radio station is quite different - that's time your eyes are off the road.

No, that wasn't the point you made, no matter how you're trying to backpedal. Sorry you had a coworker killed by someone on their cell phone. Maybe don't lash out with an assumption that (most) people will be stupid with this and folks may be more inclined to listen to you.

Sorry dude - it's you that it backpedaling and that's painfully obvious.

The OP posted a video of the driver operating the GPS while driving 45 mph. I made the statement it is not illegal in Pennsylvania (where OP is located) to operate a GPS while driving but in other jurisdictions distracted driving like this (i.e. the driver operating a GPS) is.

Not sure if you know the definition of distracted driving but it's the vehicle operator who is distracted, you can't have a ticket/charge a "distracted passenger"

You jumped down my throat saying your wife would input the directions....well that's great and has nothing to do with my point. She's a passenger.....I'm talking about the driver that goes with the term distracted driving.

With all due respect, think before you post instead of just reacting because you think you're being preached to.

The image post was a semi-joking way to convey that I have no interest in further engagement with someone who clearly has some anger issues.

I stand by what I wrote. If you can't tolerate that, have fun arguing with yourself, I'm not going to play along.

Yes I'm located in Pennsylvania. I was only showing that if someone wants to save a spot for another switch. This switch can go behind the dash because this will work all the time. My problem is I like this feature now because u don't have to stop and input info or use the phone features.
