Had someone ask for this stuff, so I thought I'd dump it here. It isn't exactly a tutorial, but you never know, someone may want it. Don't expect anything too professional on the drawings though. I just slapped it together right quick for use in the shop.

    The result
    20170130_102803.jpg
They are spaced out for the shovel head, otherwise, I'd have made them closer to the bed side.

PDF's are attached. They are cut from a sheet of 10 ga steel, but for some of you that have a welder, but no plasma... just buy some 1" and 1.75" bar stock (or strap as some call it) (fairly thin stuff, 1/8" or a little less is good) and have at it. The template still works there also. The indentations in the sides are to show where to bend and aren't really needed. Just makes locating the bends easier.
In hindsight, I think the 90 degree bend on the top flange is a bit much. Stop this bend early and test fit.

    Some stuff you'll need:

Cheapo unistrut nuts work fine here, or get this:

If you click on the Amazon link for the unistrut nut, just read the description... that's where I got it.

Sorry to revive an old thread. But I'm considering building similar. Have you had any issues with the bottom mounts rubbing thru the bed side. Seems like those might move around a bit
