IDK about worse but I did see somewhere that fake sugar will trigger an insulin response just like sugar will. But I'm not a nutritionist so whatever.

I'm sure the info is easy to find. I don't think it taste right either. I try to avoid the taste free foods

Yup - probably reintroduce some foods, keep most out. I actually am hoping this will help cut bread out of my eating pretty much permanently. Have it on occasion, but not nearly as regular.

 

That is where I am at now with an idea - but knowing my luck it would blow down into the street and get run over when I was out of the house. I was out there yesterday throwing a tennis ball at it, but its kinda hooked on a branch so it would be a very tough throw.

 

THIS.. I will not buy stuff that should have sugar in it and says sugar free. I trust what nature made over putting something humans designed in my body. Guess that's why I either drink water or Beer/whiskey/gin ect.

 

Good point. Don't want to lose it if it comes flying down because of the wind.
