Ugh. As if I needed more confirmation on why nobody likes the US postal service, they told me that I'd have the transmission bellhousing that I ordered online sometime between the 25th and the 28th. Here we are on the 30th and it's only just now hit Springfield MA from St Mary's Ohio.

That's my shit. Green apple..mmm. Though you should see the stuff I take pre. The BCAA wakes me up but that's it. I usually take 2.5 scoops of C4 or a scoop of Mr Hyde. Try that sometime.

Not ideal but if you gotta have some flavor it isn't the worst, and better than regular sports drinks. My sis is a trainer and told me that's her go-to.

I'm not a big fan of sports drinks. Especially with the fake sugar aftertaste.

Switch to flatbread, preferably lavash made with flax, oats, and wheat. You'll notice a difference.

Took me a long time to get used to drinking water. I used to drink soda more than anything. I was drinking the Vitamin Water for a while, which has half of the sugar soda does.

 

Same here. When I did my weight loss challenge with my buddies from May to July, it changed me eating habits, a lot.

 

The Zero at least doesn't have that aftertaste as much or at all. I drank a regular PowerAde and it tastes so syrupy.

I used to belt down 2-3 2 liter bottles of soda a day..ever since I was 13. Plus in my 20's excessive alcohol consumption.

 

I've been lucky that weight was never an issue for me. All of the soda has kind of made me intolerant to high-fructose corn syrup though. Guess it's my body's way of saying stop drinking that shit ha.

I was drinking about that much in cans. I also used to eat a 2lbs bag of M&Ms for a snack. I don't know how I'm not fat, or dead lol

It is around the $100 dollar range. Nothing major if we lose it, but he was pretty upset when the wind took it.

 

I wasn't really bad till my 20's, though I was always well overweight. Tossing down a case of beer almost every day didn't help, but when I got a desk job I gained weight like you read about.

Good question. I only drink regular PowerAde at concerts sparingly, just because water or soda will go through me too fast.
