This reminds me of the warning sticker on my lawn mower depicting an index finger which has been half-seperated from the hand. I shudder to think that somewhere, the man that made this sticker necessary walks among us....

No offense, but I live in a safer world not because of trial lawyers, but because I take personal accountability for my actions. The lady getting burned is a sad story. Bad things happen to good people. But c'mon its hot coffee and free. Some of the places I deployed to, I would have really liked hot coffee, even if it was a 180 freakin degrees & probably would have waited til it cooled off or added some water or something before drinking it.

So sorry, I am not a big fan of big business, civil trial lawyers, or clumsy/irresponsible individuals who do nothing but want a free lunch. I guess having friends KIA'd & facing their families afterwards has given me a different outlook on safer world & who provides it.

When you say "a friend of mine" does that mean it's really you that did this?

If not, I would get new friends.

I'm thinking about suing TW and all the big posters for making me waste so much time, when i should be doing something constructive. Bob doesn't have a warning that this site may take away hours of your life you can never get back. Bob, you should be hearing from my lawyers soon...

Sorry about your friend but Tested IQ and common sense are two different things for this guy.

And what is your proof to the tested IQ, his word? I'd give him a below the 100 mark for these 2 stories.:D

then i'll just sue you for discrimination. BTW, i am also suing you, TheMaster, and MJP2 for emotional trauma. i can no longer take the insults.... i'm so depressed all the time and its your fault!

edit: i know mjp doesn't have any money after modding his truck, so i'm just gonna take his truck...
