    I'm looking at windshield mounts I don't have 150+ just to spend on two lil mounts I found some on e Amazon for 07-14 tundra and I have a 2012 taco I'm curious if anyone has ever done this before.

    I would not buy $150 mounts either.
    I did buy $100 mounts because I was worried the cheapo brackets would be flimsy.

    Insurance won't cover vibrating..sounds or the light bouncing around because of flimsy brackets when driving...that's all I'm saying.

    Canopy, fitted seat covers, OBA with self leveling air bags, 100w solar, dual Rhino Rack Pioneer platforms, side & rear LED work/FU lights, CB, cell booster. 7x16 cargo conversion, 3" lift, 7'x6.5' fold down aluminum rear deck.
    Why not get some that are for Tacoma instead of Tundra. That way you don't kick yourself in the rear for wasting money when you figure out they don't fit.

    I only saw roof mounted brackets from mcm (for 2nd gens) when I was looking to buy brackets.
    Cbi and rago fabrication make $100 powdercoated door jam brackets.:gossip:
    But i think op wants advice on some of these cheaper ebay Amazon brackets.:notsure:
    People say you get what you pay for...
    Mostly true...But that only applies when you have honest pricing.o_O
    Some shits just overpriced for a name.:muscleflexing:
