That's a great picture. Food should make you feel "Oooh, I want to eat that". This picture does that well.

Seared the chicken quickly before I put it in there. In the oven for an hour at 350. Flipped them over once at 30 minutes.

Sunday evening food prep for the week.
Pork loins: Mustard with a brown sugar, pepper, salt, garlic, chili, paprika, rub. Browned in butter on stove top and finished in 450 degree oven.
Chicken breasts: Marinaded in mixture that I can't even remember what all I put in there (soy sauce, balsamic vinaigrette, olive oil....) Also browned in stove top and finished in oven.
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs: Grilled. Marinaded in Balsamic, oil, bbq sauce, wing sauce)
Salmon was for dinner. Apricot preserve glaze. I usually don't grill fish and other meats at the same time, but ran out of time.

Late afternoon snack. I am working late, and have 2 hard boiled eggs from this morning that I did not have time for. Topped with Arby's sauce. LOL

It was just my son and I, and I asked him what he wanted to eat. Any meat combo works for us. LOL.
