    4x4 OFF-ROAD... that is all I need...
4x2 is a 2wheel drive. That is all. Nothing more.

Word brada! I have a 4x4 and almost never use it, except for days like this at Big Bear. I love my 4x4! And I get 19-22mpg while driving 80mph on the freeway. Having the right tire pressure, stock wheels/tires, stock suspension and cruise control help a lot. I wish I bought a manual instead tho. Automatic is LAME!

2 wheel drive trucks are pointless. They should stop making them in general. 4x4 is the only way to go!!!!

For me 4x4 is a must in all my rigs!!! Seems once a week or more I end up using the 4 wheel drive...construction sites, or just trail driving in the local mountains!

Exactly! Took the words right out of my mouth. Never owned anything that wasn't 4 wheel drive. Plus it is a must for up in the snow. (not that we've had much of that. . . Damn el nino:mad:)

I own a 4 x 4 because of the winter weather. “IF” I lived in a warmer climate where snow / ice were not an issue, I’d buy an X-Runner. That being said, I love my generation 1 4x4 Access cab Tacoma.

I am surprised by the number of 4x2s, honestly. I would've expected far fewer.
