It's a pretty common process to have the fan and light power feed on one switch, I think *some* fan installation manuals even show doing it this way for those applications where the fan is replacing an overhead light fixture.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
I'm referring the two circuits coming into the box; not going to the fan/light. (If I understand your explanation correctly).

Ohhh got ya, oops! Yah usually you could just run those in parallel. Unless there is a specific reason you want them on different circuits. Seems odd you're correct.

Oh you ain't kidding. I replaced a panel that had an outlet and a switch. The switch controlled an outlet 7' away but was totally not necessary. Master closet is attached to a half bath. The single switch in The closet also turns on the bath light. Can't get just one or the other. Screws where nails should have been used. And vice versa. Deck boards butted against each other. Gutters/down spout that end against the foundation. There's so much more... we just tackle them as we find them

The treadmill is sitting where it landed as I was installing the floor. It has found its home now.

Got the gas mileage down to 13mpg! Modification complete
Finally bought one of these. I need it to finish my ceiling. I am not moving a ladder fifty times like I did before. Don't know what took me so long...they are cheap.

Link and info? I sure could have used one when I painted my loft ceiling a couple months ago.

hm, I wonder how good one of these would be on grass/dirt to paint soffit and fascia without having to move a ladder a million times...

I would think you might need plywood underneath. Maybe not, with those tiny wheels it could be more unstable :notsure:

You don't want to roll around on those. You need to get off to move rolling scaffold or you can really get hurt. Hit a small rock or something and it'll dump you off.

    So .... yeah

Forecast yesterday said snow wasn't going to start till tonight , woke up to it snowing and already 2-3" on the ground which not only sucks because we are delayed but I intended to cover the forms with plate poly today once it started snowing to keep the snow out of our formwork but obviously that plan kinda got screwed up too

Put poly down this morning anyway because we are supposed to possibly get up to another 5" and the next few days are cycling snow / rain and freezing at night so I wanna reduce the amount of ice blocks we end up with inside the formwork

Finally got that spare bedroom painted. Cut it all in last night and got up early today and rolled. One coat did it (surprisingly) - but I guess the colors were so close it worked out. Original color was a light grey. New color is Slate Blue. Windows are being replaced with Andersen 400's. I'll tackle that this spring/summer.

I've relocated fridge out of our small galley kitchen and about to repair wall, raise receptacle to above new counter height, install new 3' wall cabinet in its place. Hope to get new 6' base cabinet later or tomorrow.
Old fridge was sided on exterior wall which wasn't square so when I put it in 15 yrs ago I had to remove rock and put Masonite and shove it in ace. Now that kids are grown and off to college time to clean up the place. Will take before and after pics.

That cast iron baseboard heat is the best kind of baseboard heat. Nice work on the walls.
