As appealing as that sounds, and it is on my bucket list, that requires a lot of time off of work. Time I do not have . Plus , I am a bit selfish, I prefer our 25th be about us. Not the other woman.... :angrygirl::rofl:

I'm 90% in. Every year i want to go and some bs happens to the truck. This year already no different. Rebuilt the motor about 6 months ago. 3 months in to the rebuild (after warranty expired) #5 misfire and doesn't pass 45mph. All Mechanics were its ok, "You can drive it here, drive it there, no worries" Had the car sitting for 2 months, cause i dont have money to fix it. Finally started getting around to it. Took it to 3 different mechanics, all said rebuild, open it up and rebuild it again. I finally found a guy that said let's start with the small. Ended up with a bad injector. Got it running. Now, the truck is freaking knocking again. The same reason I rebuilt the motor in the first place. I'm at the point I dont know what to do anymore. My next option is to look for a used motor. If i can get organized and have it done by then, im in. Good thing its in October, that helps a lot. I might caravan if i can get someone else to go with me. My wife won't do the drive in my truck, she said she'll fly out there. I'm debating on shipping my truck out there. Might save gas and time, then drive back in peace or pieces depending how everything ends up. Lol. Sorry for the long post. Just a bit frustrated.
