I also found a set of 285/70/17 Cooper Stt Pro tires with 90% tread that i have the guy talked down to $500. Just not sure if I want to get some A/T for every day driving or stick with my current tires. Anyone here run the Hankook Dynapro ATM?

I got Dynapros in 265/75r16 size. I've had them for three years and lord knows how many miles. Great tire for the money, and the warranty is pretty sweet. They do have the snowflake rating on the tire. They definitely met my main need of looking aggressive and cool without being heavy and loud and expensive. Need to replace them soon, and I will be going with duratracs

Yeah they seem to be pretty reasonably priced and apparently last forever. How quiet are they daily driving? I have been looking all over the place at different tires. Anyone ever heard of Kanati Trail Hogs? Have pretty good reviews and are pretty much identical to DuraTracs. Except they have 3ply sidewalls. :notsure:

Picked these ones up here locally for less than the ones I was looking at by you. Thanks for the offer :hattip:. May need to make a trip up to Concord NC for some tires. @JimboAnz :boink:

Why the heck did you need a camper shell? I'm sure Tacoma's don't come with camper shells from the factory.
What ever happened to you keeping your truck stock?

Dude, it was a ARE MGM shell for $100. Since it matches his truck, he'd be a fool for NOT buying it!

The first couple thousand miles I noticed a slight hum *only* because I was thinking about it. But it wasn't bad or noticeable at all for the past two years I've had them for sure. Unless you're super sensitive, noise won't be an issue

I'm debating what route I want to take but I appreciate the input! I think that i have two tires in mind and they are 180* apart.
