Dual Projector Headlights?

Damn dude look at all that tech! You don't even see that in aviation... and trust me. I know aviation.

 

if you want LEDs say you want LEDs. You're just coming up with "reasons" to get LEDs and you're reasoning is flawed to tell you the truth. You have a lot of researching to do. When you finally learn the pros and cons of each system and how they need to be set up and with which parts/brands then you'll be ready and you wont find your self making useless posts. There isn't a single question in your post by the way. Try a headlight forum, not a bolt on forum.

 

HEY I have that!!! Mods can just run a IP check. looks like i missed that thread..eeek.

Although Bi-LED's would be nice...HID's are the best you're gonna get(consumer end) right now.
If you have $$ to burn, buy a set of 2017 AUDI headlights with laser beams...and gut them.
That would be sweet!!!!

Whats wrong with BiLED? Youre dropping the ball man, BiLED is what you need. You say you want more of a light throw, but yet you choose the aftermarket lighting option known to throw off lots of glare and NOT shine very far. Putting it in a projector housing is a step up from there, but how much I couldnt tell you. Still wont be as good as HIDs. But the main thing is that if you utilize BiLEDs then at LEAST you can do a dual projector swap and have 2x the light output all the time. Plus quad high beams for offroading.

Great minds think alike, my truck goes in Tuesday to the body shop to have headlights pulled and then I'm having them retrofitted with dual projectors, Amber to white halos on each projector, plus a sequential led strip for turn signal. Plus blacked out housing, and of course retaining my XP90 turn signals and the turn signal reflectors. Should look super cleanthis is a Photoshop mock up that the dude that's doing them sent me

@Lochevan also did a quad retro. I think he used mini H1s in the high beam bucket.

 

Yeah I'm not 100% sure. It's either gonna be the morimoto swap ones with one of their bezels or the rx350 projector. Those are the two we had talked about so far and he left it that whichever he could get to fit better would be what we would go with

Your setup you have in mind will look nothing like this. I don't have halos, just passive/active demon eyes. Light smoked side signal, RX350 projectors/STI lens and satin black paint.

Interesting. Did you do your headlights yourself or send then to someone @WhiteBeltBatman ? The dude I was talking to has a Facebook page called 'project r customs', maybe you've heard of him?

 

I don't know of them. Only mention on here shows @Dark505 bought a set from them. Can't really find anything on them outside the Facebook page.

I had HIDProjectors work on mine. But if @mesojdm were to customize a set for you, I would beg borrow or steal to make that happen.

@stevotivo12 Are you sure he wasn't just using that pic as reference? I know when I was figuring out what I wanted we traded pics on different setups to see what was out there and how they would look. I love muy retrofits from him. Actually having him build a set with my original housings that I'll be selling when done
