    Just for clarity, the non-Pro grill is in 3 pieces - a painted surround, a chrome trim ring and the center grill insert, which is actually black chrome. The PRO grill replaces the chrome trim ring and the chrome insert only. You will still use your painted surround, which is the color of your truck. The surround contains all of the female receptacles for the male clips on the grill insert to snap into.

    Just ordered from Toyota Parts Warehouse, $408 shipped and it went out the same day! I just got so damn tired looking at that fugly chrome grill! Now I only need to decide if I want to try the hassle of selling the old on on eBay or something more fun. YouTube video of the truck with the new grill slowly driving over it perhaps?
