I like it. Although my Enos has multiple loops for tension adjustment, and literally couldn't be easier to adjust height.

Yeah this is just one of my many cheapie ones. Adjustment is made by the lightweight ratchet straps on either end haha.

Can't argue with results. I just wish I'd gotten wise to hammocks a few years earlier. Ground tenting sucks ass, carrying a cot for the tent is cumbersome, the cot on its own is too vulnerable to wind, and I'm not paying over 2K for a RTT and rack.

But the hammock...best $100 I ever spent on outdoor gear.

    Yeah.

My best camping experience was the $25 air mattress on the prinsu rack at the top of the world.

Next up was the hammock, after i realized how to properly use it (not tight).

I have been wanting to try out my 4 season tent i bought a month ago, might go to Moab this weekend, but it'll be too warm to use it.

I got an Easton Torrent tent for under $200 on Backcountry when it became "obsolete" (read: last year's model). I always pack it on expeditions/weekenders just in case some real shit kicks off. But I only had to nip the hammock in the bud during last year's July 4th storm.

Yeah, I'll always have at least one tent with me. This one is Alps Mountaineering, it seems nice for $200. I didn't want to spend $500 on one when I wasn't sure how much I'd use it... Which is zero so far.

More concerning is what happens when you close your garage door. When I closed mine it snagged the antenna and bent it all the way to the ground.

Before snapping it in half. :bananadead:

Depends on the Antenna I'm running that day. 108" SS whip I just loop it round to the bed-rack. Fiberglass whips if less then 4' I can leave on. When I install the Sirio 5000 it has a pivot point specific for folding down.

I talk on the CB daily so removal is a very annoying to perform twice a day. Though my garage spot is still taken up by large hunks of steel so it has not been an issue the last month.

Who do you talk to daily?

It's currently pretty nice outside and hammock is comfy.

Co-workers, about 6:45 to 7:15 in the morning. One comes in from Parker and I'm in Ken Karyl area. I like to mess with truckers on the way home.

Hammock test has been postponed until there isn't a typhoon.

I was plenty warm and comfortable but one end of the hammock is tied to the tree, about 20' from the ground, and she was swaying pretty well. I felt like i was on a trampoline, and for some strange reason couldn't sleep.

    Goodnight Moon

Anyone have any experience selling stock tires and wheels? I've got the set I took off my '15 just laying around so I thought I'd figure it out before I put them on the market.
