I run full Dakar leaf packs. They have been awesome so far and Im very happy I got rid of the Toyota packs.

Just feels like I made it 'right'

Seems most of the "go to" options for the rear would leave a bro lean... Maybe 1-2" AAL and 2 or 3" blocks, longer shocks, drive-line extension, and carrier drop...???

Or, Dakars and an 1-2" block / shim..??

I'm running Maxtrac 4" spindles a d 2016 TRD OR shocks and coils that gave me an extra inch up front for a total of 5" lift up front.

And full Dakar leaf packs in the back for 3" and the truck sits dead level.

I didn't know or not knowing these were available when I was stacking parts years ago so I went with light racing ucas.
Can I still go this route with stock rims? I've already changed out struts. Full Dakar on back.

can but with wheel spacers. 17s with a 4.5 backspace is what's recommended

    Damn.
    Thanks.
Can't afford a set of rims on top of these spindles right now.
May have to start a new pile of parts.

I feel your pain I already have 17s but with a 5" backspacing. I've had wheel spacers on with my spacer lift for better stance but they're 2" in the front and a 1.5 in the back so when I install my spindals I'm going to be really really wide almost to wide :goingcrazy:

That's why it just pays to buy a wheel with the proper backspace and desired offset.

It's definately not what I did initially, but it's what I'm doing now lol.

Have had absolutely zero problems with wheel spacers to date. Just ready to have some nice wheels with a wider stance.

I wish I would of known about maxtracs before I bought my wheels but I guess I'll just have to sell these and buy some better looking ones. kind of a win win right.

Does anyone have a picture of a double cab long bed with only the lift from the spindles and 285s?

@Taco Nation What wheel spacers are you running in the front and back? I have (and plan on using) those same stock Tacoma wheels you got on and I was only planning on getting the 1.25" spidertrax's for the rear.

Thanks for the replies and pictures. Reason I ask, I don't want more then the 4" from the spindles. I currently have icon 2.5s and icon uppers. I'd like to take the preload off if I get the spindles. And I'm thinking the icon expansion leaf pack for the rear. Does anyone have a similar set up?
