    Yup lol but making good head way on saving for gears. In the mean time doing house mods to keep the wifey happy. Hoping to have gears by end of April ideally.

    I think he's saying that the hose clamp is catching things like ice and then tearing the boot right at the clamp like this

    If you're replacing boots, stop screwing around with factory ones. Call CVJ. Buy a set of high angle boots. They even come with the correct clamps. :thumbsup:
