    $1,210 RD121 Air Locking Differential
    RD121 but i might regear but not anytime soon tho. unless i get one hell of a deal on the other locker

    Maintenance guys broke the hot water line under the house, so they'll have to fix that too... Heat just does not want to be our friend this winter now does it lol

    The hot water pressure has been low ever since we moved in and we asked the landlord to do something about it and she basically told us to get over it... So now she has to fix that on top of this lol that's what she gets for being a cheap ass i guess

    It's a pretty good deal living here, to live in a house (although small) and with a yard and carport. Things got a little heated on saturday with the landlord when her and her husband tried to deny that there wasn't something in our ductwork. She said if we don't like it, we can "move out tonight" and that she'd find someone to pay $100 more a month than we do now. She said she has people "lining up" to rent this place. I always felt like she wasn't charging enough for this place, and that confirmed it. So that only made us want to stay here longer haha
