    Inventory is always a fun time no matter where you work - not. I'm sure you have a few that are supposed to help but disappear leaving the rest of the crew doing all of the work. Right?

    I made one and installed it last spring - Not too hard to do. This is the most used mod I have. The bracket isn't hard to make. I started with a piece of aluminum from HD. Cut one long piece and two short ones held together with screws and a dowels. For the motor, I used a rear window sliding motor assy from a 2010 Ram. It comes with the cables attached and they have a lead ferrule swaged on the end thus your not relying on a set screw pinching the cable. Switch was from a Sienna.bracket assy exploded view.jpg

    Yeah, I switched from a Compliance role to IT, but a lot of the stuff I did for Compliance help with what I'm doing so far. Definitely a field where you have to be on your toes and aware of the latest information at all times.
